| Comments: The last 10 years have been the worst yet some of the best of my life. I lost 2 husbands my parents my 2 best friends and my 14 year old Pekingese. August of 2016 my 41 year old son Duffy Bunis died of a heart attack. Duffy was the CEO of GENOPATH INC. he lived in HUNSTVILLE. my daughter Dr. Jamie Bunis , a chiropractor,. has her practice in Huntsville. All I did was exist. 6 weeks after Duffy died I had a car wreck. I was in ICU with brain injuries and all the bones on the right side of my face were fractured. The day I had the wreck I had a FB call from TIM Parker. I dated Tim from 1965 thru 1968. He went to Vietnam and I went to college. We had not seen each other in 50 yrs .While I was in ICU Jamie had my phone etc. She returned his call and told him about the wreck. Tim lived in California. He left and drove straight thru to Alabama. I had been unconscious and when I came to there was Tim. It took me 6 months to recover.and he would not leave my side.My story ends on a high note because when I saw Tim it was like time had stood still and we were teenagers again . WE got married in Nov. of 2017 and I can honestly say that I feel back in love with him even after 50 years. What do we do with our time? WE HONEYMOON , A LOT. I LOOKING FORWARD TO THIS REUNION AND SEEING EVERYONE. | ||

I have one son (27), two step-children (38 and 40),
and 3 step-grandsons (4, 6, and 7). Gress and I both
are retired from the Corps of Engineers and we now
live on Mobile Bay. Apart from boating and crabbing
with the kids and dodging hurricanes, we've been
traveling. Every year, Gress volunteers several
weeks at a different National Park in Wyoming or
Utah, so we get to spend a lot of time in remote and
beautiful places (and he gets to indulge his cowboy
fantasy). Retirement is great! 2019 Update: I’m sorry that I won’t be able to attend the reunion, but Gress and I will be traveling. I’ve been doing a lot of that for the last few years... road trips up and down the west coast, the east coast, back to Utah and New Mexico, Alaska (twice!), Hawaii, a month in France, and now to the Emerald Isle, if all goes well. Retirement is absolutely the best time of life! |

Comments: My wonderful husband has put up
with me for nearly 37 years. We have two great kids,
Bill Jr. with his wife Darcy and Laura with her

adorable grand-son and I also two cute "grand-dogs"

working nearly 30 years at CRMC. My husband is
retired from the Army and now stays busy with our
garden and yard. I'm enjoying spending time at home
now and being able to help with our church's food
bank. God has blessed me abundantly. 2019 Update: I have been retired for 10 years from CRMC and stay busy as full time caregiver for Bill, my husband of 46 years, who has end-stage emphysema. Hospice is a blessing to both of us! Bill Jr. lives in Stockton, CA with his family and works as an English teacher. Our daughter Laura lives with her husband Ted in Houston, TX and works as a research coordinator for investigation of medications for the eye. |

Two years ago I founded and am Coordinator of MacPhail's MUSIC FOR YOUR LIFE Program, a creative arts and aging program which celebrates life long learning in music and the arts. My newest voice student is Stuart MacPhail, 93 years young! My multi-talented husband and I celebrated our 26th anniversary in May and still feel as if we are on our honeymoon. Music is the center of his life. Proudly viewing 3 Grammys over the fireplace next to Mama Nell's stained glass door front. A native Minnesotan, Steve attends all home Viking games with his sister Joanie and yells "BRAVA" as he sits happily in close proximity of the Vikings Cheerleaders. So, after all these years I understand why everyone loves football...of course it's the cheerleaders. Steve continue working as a classical record producer, composer, and arranger. We both will continue working until the baton drops! | ||
