| Comments: Trying to keep my brain from totally turning to mush. Me and Rhonda live in Port Lucie, Florida and we're very blessed that all our family is local. Rhonda and I like to travel and enjoy our annual trip to the Keys with family. Last year we went to Cuba with Jan and Wayne Maudlin and Terri and Rick McIntosh. What a blast. I try to come back to Cullman every three months or so and can't wait for our 50th class reunion. God truly blessed me with a beautiful family, friends and some ole classmates, notice how I spelled ole, that I have reconnected with and truly cherish their friendship and the time we are able to spend together. No one knows what tomorrow brings. ROLL TIDE!! To conclude I will quote one of our classmates. "A Bearcat will never fall" | ||

I have 2 wonderful girls and their great husbands, 2
energetic grandchildren and one more on the way. AND
the best husband in the world! I work part-time in a
law firm and part-time as director of a local
charity, CCC.We
spend our lives at work, church, and on the road to
Nashville to see our kids and grandkids. Looking
forward to the reunion! 2019: The last 10 years have been full of good times and bad, but lots of God’s blessings. Some good travel with Phil and with our daughters and 4 grandchildren, his sudden retirement due to Alzheimers, two mission trips to Honduras with Bucket as our leader, our daughter Amy’s death in 2017 (I hate guns!), and still working at Bland, Harris & McClellan Law Firm. My grandchildren are my joys, and my friends keep me going! God is still good! |

Comments: I spent the first 3 years of high
school at CHS. The summer before my senior year, my
family relocated to Birmingham. I still consider CHS
home though because of great teachers like the
Gutherys! The calendar says it has been 50 years,
but the spirit says, “NO WAY.“ After teaching,
tutoring for over 40 years, that part of the daily
routine has happily retired. However, I still enjoy
doing freelance work as an academic writer/editor.
That consists of writing test prep materials for
Math, English, and ACT testing. The editing is for
study guides. As of this moment in time, I have been blessed with great health. So, a good day is filled with some work, lunch with friends, and creating art journals. I belong to several online art groups, and there is usually a new project in each group going on all the time. Cooking and sharing with friends as we enjoy porch time talking about the good old days is at the top of the list of favorite things. Please visit my personal blog, Unshelved Words. | Comments: Comments: Sandy and I have been married 31 years. We have two wonderful sons, Brian (26) and Jonathan (29) & wife Erin and son Brian (26). We are hoping for grandchildren someday. We are both CPA's and have had long careers with the IRS. Sandy retired in 2006, after 33 years with the IRS and opened a tax practice and loves it. She quilts and decorates wedding cakes for family weddings. I am still working, over 36 years with the IRS. Currently I am an H.Q. Senior Program Analyst for the Large and Mi-Size Business Division. I am still having fun, so my thoughts of retirement are re-evaluated each year. While waiting on grandchildren, Sandy and I are very active in our Church leadership at Harpeth Heights Baptist.
