Experience: Favorite parts include Benedick (Much Ado About Nothing) with Calhoun Theatre, Horton the Elephant in two separate productions of Seussical, Manolo (The Odd Couple (Female Version) ) with Calhoun, and Willy Wonka (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) with Backstage Theatre Co. Originated the role of Preacher in the new musical "Runaway Home" which made its debut in Decatur last year. Sing: baritone - tenor Dance: There are some people that God did not design for dancing... I am one of those people. But by God, if I have to do it, I keep a smile on my face and act like I know what I'm doing! Preferred Roles: I prefer mostly comic, character roles but I enjoy doing a little drama every now and then. Other: also a playwright. His one-act "Pink Lemonade" made it's full-length debut after a shorter version ran in Panoply's Ten Minute Play Festival last spring. Also been known to direct every now and then. |
