- Attach a head shot if you have one
- List your dancing experience
- Contact info (email, phone(s), web site)
- Height & Age
- Preferences (if any) for types of roles
- Whether you sing (add range, if you know it)
- Favorite plays, awards, favorite dancer... just whatever you think will introduce you.
