Peace of Mind
Bimini Road, Ramada Inn, Madison, Alabama, September, 2003. This is actually a segue from "Train o'Time" into "Peace of Mind".
So good to sit on the edge of your dreams
Where things are not as hard as it seems
Sitting down where the sunshine beams
You need what you got and you know what it means
Nothing like peace, peace of mind
Like to have peace, a little peace of mind
Good to know peace, peace of mind
Summertime feels oh so right
Got the breeze all day and the moon all the night
So nice and warm and so nice and bright
No dues to pay, everything is all right
May have to take a little nap today
Lay down my burden, just lay it on down
Sleep like a baby on a bale of hay
Hey, look-a here, look at what I found
I found peace, peace of mind
Like to have peace, a little peace of mind
Good to know peace, peace of mind
Maybe that winter got to come on back
Might just be so, that's a matter of fact
Even if does, it don't worry me, Jack
It could snow and snow and I'd still never lack
Peace, peace of mind
Like to have peace, a little peace of mind
Good to know peace, peace of mind
